Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning Account Manager Monterey, CA · Part time Company website

We are looking for an Account Manager who can build genuine relationships, keep field projects on schedule, and seamlessly connect our clients with our network of trusted service Partners. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for everyone involved. You’ll meet with prospective clients to quote new work, check in on existing clients, and drop by job sites to make sure our quality standards are being met. You’ll also onboard our third-party Partners, train them on our software, and coordinate logistics to keep jobs moving forward. Because client needs and project emergencies don’t always stop at 5:00 PM, you will need a flexible schedule to occasionally handle urgent matters outside of standard business hours—like answering a critical partner question on an evening or weekend.
