More specifically, you will be tasked with being the main point of contact in responding to, resolving, and/or escalating issues as appropriate. We are growing a company and are looking for qualified candidates to grow with us and help shape the Escape the Room customer and employee experience.
Description
Responsibilities;
- Routine maintenance of props, sets, and public spaces.
- Maintaining an engaging, organized, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Directing staff and managing a wide variety of projects.
- Monitoring and responding to customer questions and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Training, supervising, appraising, and coordinating staff.
- Tracking data and maintaining the highest level of quality standards.
- Professionally interfacing with building staff.
Qualifications;
- Proficiency and the ability to quickly learn a variety of computer and internet platforms/applications including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with set design, general maintenance, and electronics troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to clearly and regularly communicate and resolve issues as they arise.
- Experience in theater and/or hospitality environments a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills, internally as well as with customers
- Ability to travel as needed
Salary
$50,000 - $55,000 per year
