Salary: $24 to $38 per hour

Job Overview:

If so, we want you to join our team as a Live Chat Agent! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through live chat

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service

- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate

Requirements:

- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat support role

- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously

- High school diploma or equivalent
