Job Title: Customer Service/Help Desk Analyst
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Boston, MA
Salary Range: $25 to $33 per hour
Job Overview:
As a Customer Service/Help Desk Analyst at Ernst & Young, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests, and will work diligently to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong technical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or help desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
