As a Sand Sales Professional, you will be the face of ERNA Sands and a key player in generating revenue. You'll focus on customer acquisition and account management, using your expertise in sand products and the industries we serve to identify and meet client needs. You will work closely with our in-house teams, including customer service, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Our team is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and we are looking for a like-minded Sand Sales Professional to join us on our mission.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing industry contacts 
  • Develop new accounts and maintain existing ones, focusing on sectors such as construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
  • Create sales strategies and execute plans to achieve sales targets
  • 90% remote work, some in person office meetings expected regularly
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to queries, following up on leads, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and build relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of three experience in sales, ideally in the sand or related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Google Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
