Eria Foods is hiring a Wholesale Director to lead sales, manage logistics and kitchen coordination, and drive product innovation across our growing wholesale operations. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, food-focused environment.

Job Overview:

Eria Foods is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Director to oversee and

expand our wholesale operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales,

oversee kitchen operations and production, manage logistics, oversee R&D, and ensure

smooth delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food

distribution, meal planning, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management:

● Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new revenue growth.

● Conduct product demos and participate in farmers' markets as needed.

● Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers.

● Manage promotions and customer outreach to increase brand visibility.

Logistics & Operations:

● Manage delivery routes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

● Execute meal plan and ensure smooth delivery logistics.

● Coordinate packaging and delivery operations to ensure timely fulfillment.

● Supervise inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.

Collaboration with Kitchen & Production:

● Work closely with the chefs to ensure production aligns with sales and distribution

goals.

● Provide input on product offerings and packaging based on market demand.

● Managing labor and food costs efficiently.

Research & Development (R&D):

● Drive product innovation and development to expand Eria Foods’ offerings.

● Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.

● Collaborate with the chefs and production teams to enhance product quality and

efficiency.

Financial & Administrative Oversight:

● Manage accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments.

● Identify and execute new business opportunities outside of Kehe & US Foods.


Qualifications & Requirements:

● Proven experience in wholesale food distribution, logistics, and customer

management.

● Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in hiring and training.

● Ability to manage multiple aspects of the business, from sales to operations.

● Knowledge of inventory management and cost control strategies.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
