Description

In this position, you will provide services in both clients’ homes and our therapy center. We are currently seeking candidates with evening and Saturday availability. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and center-based settings
  • Collect accurate data and maintain detailed session notes
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress
  • Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction interventions
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times


Qualifications & Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience in behavior analysis or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, families, and individuals receiving services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in working with children (preferred)
  • 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to obtain)
  • 10-hour Lakeshore Trainings (or willingness to obtain)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Salary

$18 - $22 per hour
