Job Description:

The Home Care Agency Manager will play a critical role in our agency, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, hiring qualified staff, and ensuring excellent client care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care management, be highly organized, and able to multitask effectively. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, with the expectation of driving growth and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the recruitment, training, and retention of core staff, including Office Manager, Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Manage client relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and quality care.
• Conduct client assessments and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions and personalized care plans.
• Handle payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments to staff.
• Implement and manage home health care software efficiently.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency's client base.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and standards for home care services in Georgia.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a home care agency.
• Strong knowledge of client assessment, onboarding processes, home health care software, and payroll management.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be based in Georgia and able to work remotely.

Compensation:

This position is commission-based, with significant potential for growth as the agency expands.
