The 3rd Grade Assistant Teacher supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and student-centered classroom that promotes students' academic, social, and emotional growth. While primarily assigned to 3rd Grade, this role may also provide support in other Lower School, Early Childhood, or Upper School classrooms as needed. The Assistant Teacher collaborates with faculty, helps maintain a positive learning environment, assists with instruction and classroom management, and contributes to the school's mission of providing an inclusive and nurturing educational experience. Responsibilities include supporting daily classroom activities, supervising students, and fostering meaningful relationships within the school community.
