The Executive Assistant supports the Head of School by managing priorities, coordinating board and leadership processes, and ensuring consistent follow-through on key decisions and initiatives. This role maintains organization across the Head’s work, prepares materials for meetings, and tracks progress on strategic priorities. The Executive Assistant works closely with the leadership team and Board to support meeting preparation, communication, and accountability. This includes maintaining calendars, coordinating board logistics, and ensuring that priorities have clear ownership, timelines, and follow-up. This is a high-impact role focused on clarity, execution, and alignment across leadership work, allowing the Head of School to remain focused on the school’s most important priorities.
Overview:
The Executive Assistant (EA) supports the Head of School by ensuring clarity, organization, and follow-through in executive work. This role manages priorities, supports board and leadership processes, and reinforces consistent execution of decisions made at the leadership level.
