Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Mounds View, MN

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: 19.00 - 20.00 per hour

Schedule: 6 hours a week (specific days and times to be discussed during the interview)

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Help with laundry, cleaning, and organizing the client's living space.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and errands when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Foster social interaction and engage clients in recreational activities.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status to appropriate personnel.

 

Requirements:

• Compassion, and a desire to help others.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record and insurance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
