As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and generating revenue within the insurance industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, specifically focusing on healthcare providers and insurance companies. Your success in this role will be directly tied to your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.


Responsibilities:

 * Prospecting: Utilize market research and networking to identify and qualify potential clients within the insurance industry, including healthcare providers and insurance companies.

 * Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively showcase the value and benefits of our services to potential clients.

 * Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.

 * Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and business acumen.

 * Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.

 * Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to position our services effectively in the market.


Qualifications:

 * Proven track record in sales, ideally within the Workers Compensation industry or related field.
