About the Role: 


This role entails all sales activities from prospecting to closing new logos. As an Account Executive, you will help clients imagine the possibility of customer experiences with Zendesk.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and foster relationships with Zendesk Account Executives and work collaboratively to engage new potential clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers while working to fully understand their business needs and organizational challenges
  • Strategically break into new net logos to meet and exceed quarterly targets
  • Increase existing customer bookings and grow account revenue
  • Manage your business pipeline in Salesforce and develop strategies for long-term sustained growth
  • Lead and manage all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting, leader qualification, project scopes, generate presentations and SOWs, and negotiate contracts as required
  • Continual collaboration with internal delivery organization 
  • Work with Zendesk Partner Sales team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of professional services sales experience
  • Direct or indirect experience with selling SaaS solutions to mid-to-large enterprises from qualification to close
  • Proven experience delivering on multi-million dollar quota
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skill, and ability to interface with senior level leaders with ease
  • Passionate about customer service and how it can transform businesses
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask without getting frazzled
  • Driven, problem solver 
  • Experience growing accounts
  • Ability to be effective working exclusively in a remote environment
