Envelop Mint is a small graphic installation business that specializes in commercial fleet wraps on trailers, box trucks, vans, trucks. We also have the opportunity to work on custom and high-profile wrap projects on custom cars, and other miscellaneous installations on walls, signs/banners, retail installs, storefronts, wet installations.


Envelop Mint is looking for a new member to add to the graphic installation team!  Envelop Mint prides themselves in being different from other graphic installation teams by prioritizing quality above all else.  Envelop Mint is known to their customers as being the highest quality graphic installation team, and to be trusted with high-profile projects.  We are looking for the right candidate who will find value in the work they perform and the skills they will acquire, and to be a part of a fun team.

Experience in graphic installation is not necessary to apply.  As an Apprentice Graphic Installer, you will receive hands-on, one-on-one, on-the-job training.  Starting as an apprentice, you will learn the foundational skills of graphic installing.  These foundational skills include proper prep work and cleaning of installation surfaces, proper use of tools and supplies, how to prepare and pack for specific projects, job site cleanliness, supporting team members to create a smoother and efficient flow of work on the field.  Over time and practice, you will develop into a higher level,  self-sufficient graphic installer.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Arriving on time to scheduled job locations.
  • Arriving to work prepared and maintaining a clean and well-stocked tool bag (supplied by Envelop Mint)
  • Proper and safe handling/use of tools, supplies, and equipment.
  • Proper and safe loading/unloading of work equipment into company vehicles.
  • Proper and safe setting-up/tearing-down work equipment at the job site.
  • Proper and safe restocking of supplies and equipment into the company garage.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at job sites.
  • Executing proper prep work of installation surfaces.
  • Conducting work with professional behavior and safe protocols at all times on job sites.
  • Supporting fellow team members to create an efficient work flow.
  • Communicating with fellow team members and customers in a respectful manner.

The right candidate is a hard-working, reliable individual who enjoys being active,  working with their hands, has a keen attention to detail, has an eagerness to learn, and strives to grow.  This work requires understanding of basic math (fractions and decimals, addition and subtraction), problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.  The majority of the work we do is physically demanding and is performed outside during all seasons.  Work is scheduled any day of the week (Monday through Sunday), up to 6 days per week during busy times with overtime.

Envelop Mint's base of operations is predominantly Southern California cities from San Diego to Barstow to Santa Barbara to Indio.  Candidates must have a valid driver license with a clean driving history and a reliable means of transportation to job sites.  Envelop Mint has three company vehicles that may be assigned for use for specific jobs that are beyond a reasonable commuting distance.  Carpooling in company vehicles is also available for certain projects.  Travel time between job sites is paid time.  We also travel to Northern California and Nevada.  The right candidate will be open to traveling and overnight stays.

NOTE: There is a probationary period to which either Envelop Mint or the candidate can determine if the candidate is a good fit for the position. However, we ultimately want to hire someone to join the company as a long-term and permanent employee.
