eF is hiring a licensed Clinical Director to carry a caseload, supervise associates, and help build our clinical program. The work is mostly onsite at partner locations across the Bay Area, and it's a fit for someone with startup energy who adapts easily.
Entitled Futures (eF) is a culturally responsive, community based mental health organization serving youth and young adults ages 12 to 25, with wraparound support for the caregivers and adults in their lives. Our mission is to create a world where therapy and wellness are no longer cost-prohibitive and where every young person has the tools to shape their future with resilience.
About Entitled Futures
Entitled Futures (eF) is a culturally responsive, community based mental health organization serving youth and young adults ages 12 to 25, with wraparound support for the caregivers and adults in their lives.
Founded in 2019 in Oakland and now serving communities across the Bay Area, we go to the youth and families we serve, showing up onsite alongside our partner organizations. We operate not as a separate clinic, but as a consistent, welcoming presence inside the environments that make it easy for youth and families to find us.
The Role
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Director to lead and grow our clinical program while carrying a direct caseload. This is a working director role that combines hands on care for youth and families with clinical leadership and supervision of associates. You will work mostly onsite at our partner locations across the Bay Area, with some time in the office. We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial energy who adapts easily and is excited to help build our clinical program as eF expands.
