Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry works with data. We design and deliver Azure-based data lakehouses purpose-built for law firms, enabling them to turn complex operational, financial, and matter data into reliable, decision-grade insights.

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the implementation project plan for each customer: scope, timeline, milestones, resources, and risks. 
• Run kickoff, status, and go-live meetings; keep all stakeholders aligned and informed. 
• Coordinate the technical implementation, including data integration and platform configuration, across internal and firm teams. 
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations and keep every engagement on schedule. 
• Track and communicate status, dependencies, and risks proactively; escalate early. 
• Hold internal teams and firm stakeholders accountable to their commitments and deadlines – following up consistently, flagging slippage early, and escalating when a dependency is at risk. 
• Drive projects through execution – not just plan and monitor them. Actively removes blockers rather than waiting for them to resolve on their own, and make the calls needed to keep momentum 
• Partner with the Customer Experience Manager on a clean handoff from implementation into ongoing relationship management. 
• Build reusable project templates, checklists, and documentation to make implementations repeatable. 

What Success Looks Like: 30-60-90 Days 

First 30 Days 

• Learn the platform, the implementation methodology, and the data integration process. 
• Shadow active implementations and take ownership of the project plan for at least one engagement. 

By 60 Days 

• Independently manage multiple concurrent implementations to plan. Proactively identifying and clearing blockers before they impact go live dates.  
• Introduce process improvements such as templates, checklists, and a standardized status cadence. 

By 90 Days 

• Deliver customers to go-live on time with high satisfaction and clean CXM handoffs. 
• With the Director of Project Management, establish a repeatable implementation playbook that improves predictability and speed. 

Required Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of project management experience delivering technical implementations, ideally in SaaS or data. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders. 
• Working technical fluency with data, integrations, and business reporting. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and risk management. 
• Assertive and hands on – comfortable holding teams accountable, unblocking issues directly and pushing back on scope creep or slipping timelines to keep engagements moving. 
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience implementing software at or for law firms or professional services organizations. 
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management credential. 
• Data integration, API, or cloud deployment experience. 
• Microsoft Azure familiarity.
