Krazy Bins Cincinnati at 5383 Ridge Ave,  is part of the most exciting new retail outlet in Northeast Ohio! This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of the management team of this revolutionary retail concept in the Northeast Ohio area. We are looking for team members that want to grow with us and bring strong store and operational management. 

The Assistant Store Manager will help support the Store Manager supervising the store’s staff and operations. They will work with the Store Manager to delegate tasks to store employees, manage personnel and training, and implement company initiatives from upper management. They will also collaborate with the Store Manager and staff to provide a welcoming, positive and efficient experience to customers. 

The successful candidate for the Assistant Store Manager position must possess management and organizational tasks that will support the efficiency of a store’s operation and promote a great shopping experience for store patrons.


They often have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Able to support weekend shifts
  • Supervise and train staff of both the front end of the store and the receiving and stock team members.
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with supervisors on setting and achieving team-specific goals.
  • Display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal.
  • Prepare sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances.
  • Additional store management responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications

The successful Assistant Store Manager candidate will use a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to provide the most comprehensive support they can, which can include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers and work with the Store Manager.
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills, including patience and active listening, to ensure customers feel heard and helped.
  • Have the skills and knowledge of the best visual and marketing display practices.
  • Good time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the store’s merchandise, its exact location and pricing.
