Description
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, web leads, referrals, and chats with professionalism and compassion
- Conduct structured intake interviews and document all case details accurately via phone or in person
- Enter and manage leads in lead management system (Lead Docket); maintain timely follow-up
- Send and assist clients with required documents (retainers, authorizations, questionnaires)
- Open new cases and coordinate initial information with case managers
- Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and firm standards
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless onboarding
Qualifications
- Experience in personal injury, legal intake, customer service, or medical office preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- High attention to detail and strong data-entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Lead Docket, File vine, or similar systems is a plus
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism with injured or distressed individuals
Educational/Experience Requirements
· An Associates or Bachelors college degree is preferred.
