Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Inspector to oversee the construction activities on various large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contract documents, record information as required contributing to the successful completion of civil infrastrucure projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of workmanship and materials used.
  • Identify and document any deficiencies or non-compliance issues, and communicate them to the project team.
  • Review construction methods and practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
  • Assist in the review of project schedules and budgets as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Inspector or in a similar role, with a focus on large civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
