EngineeRD Solutions, LLC. Software Engineer, Lead Remote · Part time

EngineeRD Solutions, LLC (EngineeRD) is an IT and AI-services consulting firm that builds automation, integration, and full-stack software solutions for clients across industries — including back-office and workflow transformation, AI agent (“AI employee”) development, and Microsoft 365/Power Platform engineering. Project assignments, technology stacks, and client industries vary over time as EngineeRD's client portfolio changes; this role is not limited to any single client or engagement. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll spend most of your time on technical direction, debugging, architecture guidance, and team leadership across EngineeRD's active client engagements, rather than on primary feature development. You'll mentor Associate and Senior engineers, own final technical sign-off on deliverables, and serve as the senior escalation point for engineering issues — while still staying hands-on for the most complex or highest-risk problems.

About EngineeRD Solutions, LLC.

EngineeRD is an organization of problem solvers who love chasing challenges and finding underserved issues. We have the joy of joining together colleagues across all the Sciences, Humanities and Arts to research, design and engineer tailored solutions for the most complex problems.
