Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Access and operate Management Information Systems on government furnished property while complying with Unclassified / CUI / Classified security controls 
  • Collaborate with industry partners, team-members and clients on functional consulting matters to modernize SharePoint and M365 workloads  
  • Perform client IT service request fulfillment, using unified communication technologies such as Teams Chat, Channels, and modern conferencing tools between the hours of 0800 – 1800 EST 
  • Draft and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), TTP, User Manuals, Business Processes using BPMN, and Technical Reports on Business Improvement  
  • Design Entity Relationship Diagrams and Metadata Models for Data Governance 
  • Implement SharePoint and M365 group-based policies and troubleshoot access control or permission issues with users  
  • Build customized and integrated Power Apps and Microsoft Forms for collecting, transforming, analyzing and reporting client data  
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ITIL based issue management procedures on Knowledge Management Systems infrastructure using Ticket Management Systems (TMS) like Jira, ServiceNow and custom SharePoint apps.  
  • Manage a knowledgebase for an enterprise Enterprise Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) MSP using Microsoft Modern Work and Business Apps solutions.  
  • Write and update technical documents as requested. 
  • Maintain high availability and capabilities of multiple SharePoint Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, and Pages to the client workforce.  
  • Perform Unit Testing and Deploy production level Power Automate Workflows with third party connectors and approved Microsoft Dataverse integrations across a tenant  
  • Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports that pull data from Excel, SharePoint Lists, SQL server, and other sources to support PMO and senior leadership decisions  
  • Extract, transform, and load large datasets for analysis with Power BI and SQL 
  • Contribute to a weekly activity report for tracking performance  


Required Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program (B.S., M.S. or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. 
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Excel, Word. 
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, data cleaning, and structured query workflows (Power BI, Power Query Editor or equivalent). 
  • Familiarity with schematics and diagraming, SDLC and Business Process Model Notation 
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills; ability to document methods and findings clearly for a technical audience. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage deliverable timelines, and communicate progress proactively in a small-team environment. 
  • U.S. Citizenship required (DoD/DoW facility clearance environment; DoD/DoW clearance required (Secret or above)). 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior internship, research assistantship, or capstone project experience in a government, defense, or regulated healthcare IT environment. 
  • Experience navigating change management processes and implementation of new solutions. 
  • Experience demonstrating and training new users on how to use and maintain solutions 
  • Experience with custom SharePoint JSON formatting. 


Compensation & Work Arrangement 

Hourly Rate 

$40.00/hour
