Job Summary 

Part-time internship opportunity to learn how to consult, research, design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions in real world cases across industry projects. 


Duties 

  • Technical writing of executive summaries and reports based on meta-analysis of white papers, customer discovery and market research.  
  • Conduct customer discovery interviews for business development and measure hypotheses. 
  • Work closely with a team of experts on various projects (Cyber Security Research, Business Development, Process Automation, Software Development, Product Management). 
  • Contribute innovative ideas and insights to drive digital innovation within the organization. 
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance functional skills. 
  • Perform non-functional and clerical duties such as copying meeting notes, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, processing agreements, and scanning mail.  
  • Generating sales leads through internet based marketing.  
  • Entering data into XRM's, CRM's, and other database tools on behalf of managers  
  • Designing new Power FX formulas, Power Automate Flows, and business logic to drive business optimization and key results.  
  • Building reports and business intelligence insights for presentation to leadership. 


Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Higher Education institution. 
  • Currently pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, or related field 
  • Minimum Major G.P.A of 3.0  
  • Excellent Technical Writing composition, grammar, and editorial skills.  
  • Demonstration of extra-curricular learning and advancement activities.  
  • Ability to perform work and tasks using online collaboration tools, remotely with little to no supervision. 
  • Familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.  
  • Experience designing SDLC diagrams through academic or professional projects.  
  • Experience writing, testing, fixing and deploying object-oriented programming (OOP) projects (e.g. Python or Java)
