Job Summary:


Temporary employment for a three month internship opportunity to learn how to consult, research, design, build, test, and deploy digital solutions in real world cases across industry projects.


Duties:


- Assist in the technical writing of executive summaries and reports based on meta-analysis of white papers, customer discovery, and market research.

- Conduct customer discovery interviews for business development and measure hypotheses.

- Collaborate with a team of experts on the research and development of various project topics including Cyber Security, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Human Factors, Prompt Engineering, Process Optimization, Automation, and Product Development.

- Provide innovative ideas and insights to drive digital innovation within the organization.

- Participate in digital training sessions and workshops to enhance functional skills.

- Perform non-functional and clerical duties such as copying meeting notes, scheduling meetings, responding to emails, processing agreements, and scanning mail.

- Generate and analyze sales leads through internet-based marketing automation and processes.

- Conduct Customer Discovery Interviews to validate Business Thesis on Product Market fit

- Assist in entering data into XRM, ERP and other database tools on behalf of managers.

- Support in designing new business processes using Power Platform and Dynamics 365, micro service integrations, low-code algorithms, Power FX formulas, Power Automate Flows, and software defines logic to drive performance optimization and key results.

- Assist in building dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and business intelligence insights for presentation to leadership.


Qualifications:


- Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited Higher Education institution.

- Minimum Major G.P.A of 3.0.

- Excellent technical writing composition, grammar, and editorial skills.

- Demonstrated participation in extra-curricular learning and advancement activities.

- Ability to perform work and tasks using online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with little to no supervision.

- Proficiency in Office 365 apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

- Experience designing SDLC diagrams through academic or professional projects.

- Experience in writing, testing, debugging, and deploying object-oriented programming (OOP) projects (e.g. Python or Java).
