Business Administration Internship for Fall 2022
In support of new business campaigns launching this year at EngineeRD, the company is looking for applicants who are capable of self-management and interested in learning how to setup, launch and scale new business.
As part of the program, Interns should be ready to learn new technologies in automating business processes and improving operations that allow the business to be more efficient and effective.
For consideration, candidates should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. These responsibilities will involve working with other stakeholders, team members, or independently and be measured on the timeliness, quality, and value.

Qualifications
-Currently pursuing or completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Management, Marketing, IT, and Management Information Systems
-Senior level academic understanding of business organization structure and models for commercialization
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel scripting
-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word Styles, Building Blocks and Templates
-Basic proficiency in MS Teams
-Experience with setting up and using teleconferencing equipment (eg. PC Webcam, PC Mic, Conferencing speakers)
-Experience with remote work and virtual organizations (eg. Email, Chat Apps, Video Chat, Online Calendar)
-Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills
-Mature appreciation of cybersecurity, data protection, and confidentiality
-Experience with experiential learning, independent seminars, self-managed work or internships
Preferred Skills
-Basic academic understanding of revenue and cost models in a business
-Basic academic understanding of competitive analysis and market research
-Advanced academic experience for building and interpreting Profit & Loss, Aging and Balance Sheet reports
-Advanced academic experience for database principles such as designing dimensional and relational tables
-Familiarity with constructing and reading sales orders, invoices and estimates
