Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism and a deep understanding of business operations and other related functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination and correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff to facilitate effective communication and relationship management.
  • Implement efficient office processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in business development initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations and client pitches.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases for easy access to essential documents and information.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings to foster teamwork and collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
