The Business Improvement Consultant will be responsible for researching, investigating, analyzing, designing, developing and implementing business improvements using CADP across the company.

Description

The Business Improvement Consultant will research, investigate, analyze, design, develop and implement business improvements across the company's Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service department processes. They will fully engage clients, partners, suppliers, staff, and leadership to develop specific and measurable improvement targets that drive realizable benefits. They will demonstrate knowledge of industry standardized process improvement techniques (Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, Software Development Life Cycle, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Process Automation), and agile delivery methodologies. They will use these techniques and methodologies to define, design and deliver on diverse engagements. They will also develop training and mentor staff in these methodologies and to operate the products involved in the new process improvements.


The Business Improvement Consultant will work with domain experts, software engineers and robotic process automation developers, to automate processes across the company.


Qualifications


Required Skills/Experience:


  • Process Improvement – Demonstrable understanding and experience with process improvement tools and methodologies including SDLC, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, Theory of Constraints, and Business Process Management
  • Leadership and Management – Ability to lead, develop and coach teams.
  • Technology – Experience with business process management, RPA, task management, workflow technologies or automation tools
  • Professional Information Technology Services Industry Experience – must have experience in the IT services industry across multiple business domains (e.g., consumer, commercial, operations) and process areas (e.g., talent recruiting, lead qualification, proposal development, service delivery, billing, etc.)
  • Must be self-driven with the ability to develop and maintain project plans
  • Strong process improvement and business transformation technical skills as well as project management
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and multiple concurrently run engagement teams
  • Strong commitment to growing and developing departments including training, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong technical aptitude, ability to learn, design and realize systems process flow


Preferred Skills/Experience:


  • Knowledge of Process Automation technology and Citizen Automation Development Platforms

  • Bachelor's Degree
