• Are you a customer-facing Technical Delivery Specialist looking for a fresh challenge?
• Do you have experience working with experience and engineering teams and owning the solution delivery work streams from customer sign-off through to customer success?
• Do you get a kick out of supporting client queries with everything from identity and access management, through to product and general IT questions across a variety of customers/partnerships?

We are a fully flex business, which means we are open to our roles working in a way that sets them up to do their best work. This is a remote-based role and must be based in the US, with a strong preference for Dallas due to business purposes. We are HQ’d in Brisbane, Australia and have people working in different locations throughout the US, Australia and New Zealand.

The Work Here’s what you will do:

• Provide technical leadership to support the deployment and integration of Workplace from Meta, Google Workspace and Asana platforms
• Collaborate with members of the Experience and Engineering teams to deliver and support client technology challenges as defined in SOW
• Support clients through their entire lifecycle journey including acting as the level 2 & 3 support escalation point for all things Workplace, AzureAD, Google IAM
• Support the implementation and client custom solution development and technical elements of platform deployments (deliver user stories and key client outcomes to the project estimate)
• The Technical Delivery Specialist role Interfaces with the Project Manager (PM) and the Exec Sponsor, Clients and in some projects operates as the PM for Engineering deployments
• Be the communications planner and change manager for Engineering deployments
• Keep abreast of new feature rollouts to best offer our clients (connecting with our partners and contributing to our team’s knowledge base through sharing product information and updates)
• QA and UAT for custom integrations
• Attending client meetings & hosting technical workshops
• Work with our Google Workspace deployment SMEs to support Workspace migration services
• Understand, implement, and enforce the adherence to Enablo’s ISMS framework, including change management, security, and risk mitigation
• Operate strictly under our ISMS framework for ISO27001 compliance

The Skills Here’s how you will do it:

• Proven understanding of software development lifecycle, ITSM frameworks or other tertiary aligned education
• Basic understanding of Azure AD, single sign-on and document management practices
• Experience in a hands-on contributor to technical implementations and solutions
• Experience working on a support desk
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder management experience (internally and externally)
• Confident in a working out loud environment
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Passionate about customer service and providing a customer first attitude
• Strong process and project management skills
