Director of Branding & Marketing

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Director of Branding & Marketing to lead the design, development, and company-wide implementation of our marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for shaping and scaling our brand across all divisions while driving growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, partnerships, and provider recruitment, requiring both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has experience marketing complex healthcare services—preferably in the medical-legal, behavioral health, or healthcare services space—and is fluent in modern marketing tools including AI-driven platforms, social media ecosystems, and emerging content channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and lead a cohesive brand strategy across the organization and all divisions.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Elevate the organization’s positioning as a leader in healthcare services and mental health.

2. Company-Wide Marketing Strategy

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, partnerships, events, and PR.
  • Establish KPIs and track performance across all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new divisions, services, and offerings.

3. Division-Level Marketing Execution

  • Develop tailored marketing strategies for each division, including:
  • Industry partner acquisition (e.g., law firms, government agencies, healthcare systems)
  • Patient/client acquisition
  • B2B and B2C positioning
  • Collaborate with division leaders to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • Build scalable systems that allow each division to grow independently while maintaining brand cohesion.

4. Provider Recruitment Marketing

  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to recruit high-quality providers (e.g., psychologists, therapists, evaluators).
  • Develop messaging that attracts top-tier clinical talent nationally.
  • Optimize recruitment funnels using digital marketing, partnerships, and content strategies.

5. Growth & Innovation

  • Leverage modern tools and platforms including:
  • AI-driven marketing and automation tools
  • Social media strategy and paid acquisition
  • Podcasting and thought leadership channels
  • Content marketing and SEO
  • Identify and test new growth channels and marketing technologies.
  • Stay ahead of trends in healthcare marketing and digital engagement.

6. Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Support development of strategic partnerships through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Build campaigns that resonate with regional and national stakeholders.
  • Expand brand presence across key markets and industries.

7. Team Leadership & Infrastructure

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (internal and external).
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
  • Create scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven success in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare services, behavioral health, or medical-legal marketing strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to market to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience recruiting providers or professionals through marketing initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and growth strategy.
  • Proficiency with modern tools including AI marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and content platforms.
  • Experience scaling marketing efforts regionally and nationally.
