Empower Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our growing Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation Division. This is a remote role, and candidates must hold an active Arizona independent clinical license. The position focuses on providing trauma‑informed, evidence‑based therapy to individuals recovering from emotional, psychological, and cognitive impacts related to injury and occupational trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy to clients referred through personal injury or workers’ compensation claims
  • Develop treatment plans and complete documentation in a timely, clinically sound manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists
  • Provide occasional services to adolescent and child clients (majority adult caseload)

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active, independent clinical license in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual)
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to follow a structured model of care
  • Experience with trauma‑informed care and injury‑related clinical presentations
  • Willingness to work with a range of clients, including adolescents ages seven and up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) or cognitive impairment

Salary

$100 - $110 per hour
