**Job Overview:**

As a TA Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and candidate profiles

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
