**Job Overview:**

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support our company's goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution

- Oversee training and development programs

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages

- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives

- Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR planning

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- 5+ years of experience in HR management

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
