This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $85,000 per year.

**Job Overview:**

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all HR processes are efficient and effective.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes

- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 2+ years of experience in HR

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
