DEIB Officer
**Job Overview:**
Employ and Careers LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate DEIB Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a DEIB Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with HR and leadership team to create policies and practices that promote diversity and inclusion
- Conduct training sessions on DEIB topics for employees at all levels
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvement
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking support or guidance on DEIB matters
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of DEIB regulations and best practices
- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
**Salary Range:**
$40,000 to $65,000 per year
