**Job Overview:**

As an Associate Mental Health Counselor at Empathic Pathways Psychology Inc., you will play a vital role in providing counseling services to individuals seeking support for their mental health needs. This part-time hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will be working directly with the licensed supervising clinician to earn hours towards licensing.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct intake assessments to gather information on clients' mental health history and concerns

- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals

- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Participate in regular supervision meetings with licensed professionals

- Stay informed on best practices in mental health counseling

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients

- Knowledge of mental health assessments and treatment planning
