This exciting position includes the responsibilities listed below. In addition to the base salary, there is potential for substantial sales commission earnings.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services and utilize extensive sales experience to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Understand clients' needs and goals to offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Proactively schedule meetings and appointments with prospects to move deals through the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes, presenting findings internally and externally to support project decisions.
  • Regularly travel to client locations to deepen relationships and gain a better understanding of their needs.
  • Update and manage lead and prospect activity in the company's sales tracking tool for accurate pipeline management.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with company leadership and clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Exceed performance metrics set by company management to drive sales growth.
  • Assist in transitioning new clients from the sales phase to the operations team for project implementation.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in outside sales and business development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive sales success.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs.
