We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialist to efficiently pack products and goods. This role involves ensuring accurate assembly of products for client’s orders to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.

 

This is a role with hours that vary based on the

company's needs. The position requires flexibility, and work will be assigned on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Prepare Packages: Pack and process orders for shipment according to company and carrier guidelines.

•      Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of orders before shipping, ensuring correct items and quantities are sent.

•      Compliance: Ensure adherence to shipping regulations, including weight limits, hazardous materials handling, and international shipping rules.

•      Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to packing workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

•      Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company housekeeping standards and safety protocols.
