Description
Position Title: Senior Administration and Finance Director
Responsibilities:
Administration/Finance
- Facilitates and moves us towards our vision of reaching 5% of Sioux Falls.
- Identifies and proactively bridges the gap between our current position and the envisioned future, driving alignment and innovation to achieve our organizational goals.
- Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and payroll.
- Leads Finance Team, and manages relationships with outside accounting firm.
- Tracks goals and metrics related to church growth and health
Facilities/Technology
- Strategically plans for future expansion and is heavily involved in existing campus construction projects.
- Oversees Facilities Team to implement excellent, functional and clean environments at all locations.
- Oversees and manages the relationship with outside Information Technology contractors.
- Oversees a database of more than 10,000 households, ensuring accurate, usable data.
