Position Title: PART-TIME GROUPS COORDINATOR (6-8 hours per week)


Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit, train, equip, and schedule small group first impressions teams and childcare workers. 
  • Provide ongoing support, resources, and training opportunities to empower them in their roles. 
  • Oversee the environments of the group meeting space: ensuring a welcoming space for all attendees.
  • Serve as a liaison between small group leaders, ministry leaders, and the church leadership, facilitating communication and collaboration. 
  • Cultivate relationships with small group participants and ministry leaders, providing pastoral care, guidance, and support as needed. 
  • Collaborate with the operational and administrative teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the small group ministry, including budget management, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
