Campus Coordinator (full time, 40 hrs)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate the vision & values of Embrace
• Work under supervision of the Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy
• Lead volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers.
• Find, recruit and equip small group leaders.
• Responsible for an excellent small group experience for attenders from the time they sign up through participating in a group. 
• Help to ensure excellence of environments on Sunday mornings and during the week.
• Other duties as assigned
