Your Impact:
As an RBT, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals achieve their full potential through personalized behavior intervention plans. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll deliver life-changing support to clients and help them develop essential skills for everyday life.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement Behavior Plans: Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.

One-on-One Sessions: Work directly with clients to help them achieve their behavioral goals and celebrate their progress.

Data Collection & Reporting: Track client progress and behaviors accurately, and report findings regularly to the BCBA.

Positive Relationships: Build strong, trusting connections with clients while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to provide consistent support and achieve the best outcomes.

Continual Growth: Stay up-to-date with ABA practices and maintain RBT certification through ongoing training.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma required.

Certification: Must hold current RBT certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).

Experience: Experience working with autism or developmental disorders is a plus, but not required.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and basic behavior analysis knowledge.

Adaptability: The ability to calmly manage challenging behaviors and adjust to each client’s needs.

Physical Requirements: Comfort with tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving as needed.
