POSITION SUMMARY 

The production agent provides on-site support for the production of cannabis and cannabis infused products. The production agent completes tasks assigned by the production manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area.  The production agent maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, measuring, mixing, baking, and packaging.  The production agent must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the state and standards set by HOUSE EXOTICS.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS 

Two-year degree in the culinary or related field. Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties.  Knowledge of medical marijuana law, medicinal benefits, and cooking skills.  Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.  Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or product up to 50 lbs. For extended periods.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.  Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications. 

CORE JOB DUTIES 

1.  Production: 

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of HOUSE EXOTICS cannabis product line through the measuring, mixing, and processing of product in accordance with the state and standards set by HOUSE EXOTICS. 
• Ensures consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by HOUSE EXOTICS. 

2. Facility Cleaning: 

• Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility. 
• Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by HOUSE EXOTICS before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net, changing clothes, etc. 
• Complete the sanitation of all production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, cookware, and appliances. 

3. Reports and d=Documentation: 

• Assist production manager with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with the state and standards set by HOUSE EXOTICS. 
• Assist production manager with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.  
• Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the state and standards set by HOUSE EXOTICS.
