Elohim Group LL recruiting on behalf of its clients an experienced clinician to its team to provide mental health therapy.
Position Purpose/Summary
The mental health therapist/clinician is responsible for conducting diagnostic interviews and evaluating patients referred for mental health issues such as situational disorders, neuroses, major mental illnesses, and psychoses. The role involves providing a diagnosis and recommendations for inpatient or outpatient treatment, as well as maintaining accurate documentation of treatment encounters and plans. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to establish a positive relationship with clients and ensure high-quality care.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver client-centered services and excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve healthcare services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct psycho-socio assessments and develop treatment plans based on findings.
- Set treatment goals, implement therapy, and monitor progress through individual or group sessions.
- Collaborate with family, community, and external health agencies to coordinate care and support patient needs.
- Maintain detailed patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Facilitate inpatient care arrangements when necessary.
- Promote a culture that aligns with clients' health values and policies.
- Participate in clinical supervision meetings and adhere to all administrative and clinical procedures.
- Attend scheduled staff meetings and engage in peer review processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Special Requirement: Valid licensure as a Licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, or LCPC).
Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in mental health counseling or related services. Recent graduates with relevant skills will be considered.
