About the Role:
As Clinic Director, you’ll balance a small caseload of clients (about 15–20 per week) while overseeing the clinic’s performance and daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Clinic Owner to manage and grow the clinic, develop business strategies, and lead a team of skilled therapists.

The Clinic Owner and Clinic Biller handle most client billing and insurance matters, so you can focus on leading the team and driving clinic success and growth.
