• Clear snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and other areas using snow blowers, shovels, and other tools, while following safety guidelines.
• Monitor weather conditions to ensure a prompt response to snow and ice events.
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete snow removal tasks within established timeframes.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate efforts and report any issues or delays.
• Apply salt or sand to surfaces for ice control as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, including time logs and incident reports.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of equipment and safe work practices.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Previous experience in snow removal or a similar role is a plus.
• Physical ability to clear snow and ice manually using shovels and operate snow blowers.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including cold temperatures and inclement weather.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
