The expectations of this position are:

 Arrive to Work site ready to work by designated work time.

 Consistent Communication with Operations manager

 Check work scope before every property and clock in and out of property

 Daily recap of work and notes of yards logged and submitted to operations manager.

 Daily goal to recommend 1 upsell per day from yards mowed to operation manager.

 Pictures of property and recommendation

 Great customer service when customers approach you.

 Able to work on your own for long periods of time.

 Able to lift heavy items and operate equipment.

 Must have valid driver's license at all times.

 Must have all safety gear throughout the year provided by you (earmuffs, safety glasses, steel toe boots,

winter gear) and pink attire provided by Elites (hoodie and Polo)

Your employment with Elites will be dependent on the following contingency: Valid driver’s license.

Job hours will be consistent during summer hours and beginning of fall. Hours will vary in winter depending on snow fall and ice conditions.
