Responsibilities:

• Establish a downward trend in negative incidents, wither violent or verbal, by fostering a culture of safety and security
• Respond to emergency calls and situations requiring hands-on security assistance
• Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, and security violations
• Stand or walk constantly; Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift
• Read, understand and clearly speak English to give and receive instructions, using phones or radios
• Write detailed narrative reports, maintain daily activity reports

​Qualifications:

• Must be of at least 21 years of age and have your own personal transportation
• Physically Fit with the ability to stand or walk constantly during shift also, run, climb stairs, ramps, or ladders regularly
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more with or without assistance
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields preferred
• Must be eligible to obtain a Maryland Guard Card
• Must possess employment history demonstrating reliability and dependability
• Able to handle emergency hands-on situations effectively while remaining calm
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently while also being a team player
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
