Welcome to Elite Management Holdings, LLC (“EMH”). We are a 25-year real estate firm growing from a family business into a professional enterprise. We have around 20 people on staff and manage approximately 50 investment properties, acting as managing agent for the various owners. We spend our time on projects and processes relating to maintenance, bookkeeping, compliance, leasing, and reporting. We are looking to hire people who can make magic in a variety of professional settings.
Our Administrative Manager will act as the responsible party for EMH's tools and ways of doing business. Field and administrative staff will rely on the Administrative Manager to make sure bills are paid and relationships are maintained but most importantly they will rely on the Administrative Manager to communicate the right way to carry out various policies and procedures and interact with the various software tools we use. The Administrative Manager will be the key coordinator for the use a variety of cloud-based and mobile-based software applications.

Requirements: (1) demonstrated excellence inside and outside a professional context, and (2) live within a 22 minute commute of our office in Hackensack, NJ.
$50,000 - $80,000 per year
