What you will do
- Own LV schedule, quality, safety and turnover for the campus and answer to the owner's executive team for all four.
- Lead a team of project managers, site engineers, QA/QC, material coordination and project controls.
- Run the governance cadence: daily field coordination, weekly owner review, per-package quality gates, pay-cycle validation and milestone readiness reviews.
- Protect procurement order dates set by the delivery schedule and escalate lead-time movement the day it appears.
- Manage PM rotation across data halls and call for added staff when workload triggers are met.
- Direct and hold accountable the LV contractors selected by the owner.
- Coordinate with the general contractor, Engineer of Record and the owner's construction and operations leads.
- Review contractor pay applications for work in place before they reach the owner.
What you bring
- 15+ years in low voltage or ICT construction, including 5+ leading data center programs of 100 MW or larger.
- Experience running multiple concurrent install fronts and multiple contractors on one campus.
- Owner-side or general contractor-side leadership; you have managed subcontractors, not only worked as one.
- Strong command of CPM scheduling, earned value and change management.
- Executive presence. You brief an owner's leadership weekly and deliver bad news early.
- Able to travel to site regularly for the length of the program, through mid-2028.
Preferred
- RCDD, PMP or CCM.
- OSHA 30.
- Experience with high-density fiber fabric for GPU clusters.
Location and travel
Remote (US), with regular travel to the project site in Mason County, West Virginia. Travel and lodging covered per EIG policy.
