Elite Infrastructure Group LLC (EIG) is a low voltage design, project management and consulting firm serving data center owners. We work as the owner's advocate: we review the design, buy the long-lead material, and manage the installing contractors through certified turnover. We do not install. Our team is small and senior, our programs are hyperscale and AI compute campuses, and on our projects your call is the call.

What you will do

• Own schedule, quality and turnover for each assigned data hall: material intake, install, acceptance.
• Hold each hall through acceptance and turnover before rotating to the next.
• Direct two Site Engineers, one per shift.
• Run daily coordination with the installing contractor: manpower, production rates, constraints, look-ahead.
• Confirm material is received, inspected and staged before install starts.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change events and documentation in Procore.
• Validate contractor progress and quantities for each pay cycle.
• Work with QA/QC to close every inspection hold point and failed test before turnover.
• Report weekly to the Site Executive on schedule, production, quality and risk, with numbers.

What you bring

• 8+ years in low voltage or ICT project management, including 3+ on data center projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of high-count fiber installation, MPO/MTP trunks, cassettes, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 testing.
• Proven management of subcontractor crews on multi-shift work.
• Procore, Bluebeam and a CPM scheduling tool (P6 or MS Project).
• Able to travel to site for the install and acceptance window of each assignment.

Preferred

• RCDD, RTPM or PMP.
• OSHA 30.
• Experience on GPU cluster or hyperscale fiber fit-out.

Location and travel

Remote (US), with regular travel to the project site in Mason County, West Virginia. Travel and lodging covered per EIG policy.
