Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality detailed cleaning in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchen surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch areas, make beds, empty trash, and organize spaces per client specifications and Elite Edge quality standards.
• Safely operate and maintain provided cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Inspect work upon completion to ensure it meets our "Elite" standard of cleanliness before leaving the property.
• Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with clients and team management.
• Arrive on time to scheduled client appointments and manage daily task itineraries efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift up to 25–30 lbs, and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous professional cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
